We currently ship only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

In certain situations such as:

  • high order volume
  • stock unavailability
  • operational delays
  • public holidays

dispatch timelines may be extended.

If any item is temporarily unavailable or backordered, customers will be notified using the contact information provided during checkout.

We primarily ship orders using logistics providers such as:

  • other available courier partners when required

Courier partner selection may vary depending on service availability and delivery location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout based on current store shipping rules and cart value.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment confirmation.

Delays in Delivery

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • courier or logistics issues
  • weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • operational disruptions
  • remote or service-limited locations

DarziKart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our direct control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • name
  • phone number
  • shipping address
  • PIN code

DarziKart is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided during checkout.

Lost in Transit Orders

Orders may occasionally experience courier delays or transit issues.

An order will only be considered officially “lost in transit” if it remains undelivered for more than 21 days from the date of dispatch.

After verification with the courier partner, eligible customers will receive:

  • full refund of product amount
  • including shipping charges paid during checkout, if applicable

Refunds for lost shipments will only be processed after the 21-day period has passed.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers must report:

  • damaged products
  • missing items
  • incorrect items

within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims may require parcel opening videos/photos and packaging images for verification.
