DarziKart offers tailoring and fashion-design related materials including but not limited to:
- Cups
- Fusings
- Canvas
- Zippers
- Shoulder pads
- Tailoring accessories
- Other related materials
Product descriptions, prices, images, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Product Images & Color Variations
Actual product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to:
- Screen settings
- Lighting conditions
- Photography
- Manufacturing batch variations
Minor variations should be expected and do not qualify as defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated separately during checkout.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to:
- Accept or reject any order
- Limit quantities
- Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Refuse service where necessary
In such cases, any successful payment received for unavailable/cancelled items will be refunded appropriately.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only within India.
Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days. In case of temporary stock unavailability or backordered items, customers will be notified using the contact details provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days depending on location, courier operations, and service availability.
Delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier or logistics issues
- Weather conditions
- Operational disruptions
- High order volume
- Public holidays
- Remote or service-limited delivery locations
We primarily ship using logistics providers such as Shiprocket and India Post.
Orders may occasionally experience courier delays or transit issues. An order will only be considered officially “lost in transit” if it remains undelivered for more than 21 days from the date of dispatch.
In such cases, after verification with the courier partner, customers will be eligible for a full refund including any shipping charges paid during checkout.
Refunds for lost shipments will only be processed after the 21-day period has passed.
Backordered Products
If any product becomes temporarily unavailable or backordered after purchase, customers will be notified using the contact information provided during checkout.
Payments
We currently accept prepaid payments only through supported payment methods available during checkout.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Products specially ordered on customer request cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
For cancellation assistance, contact support immediately after placing the order.
Returns & Replacements
We do not accept general returns.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- Wrong item received
- Item missing from order
- Product arrived damaged
After verification:
- replacement will be shipped if available
OR - refund will be issued appropriately
Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Account Registration
Customers may place orders as guests without creating an account.
Creating an account is optional and intended for convenience purposes such as order tracking and faster checkout.
Limitation of Liability
DarziKart shall not be held responsible for:
- Courier delays outside our control
- Minor color or appearance variations
- Incorrect addresses entered by customers
- Delayed deliveries caused by external logistics providers
Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- logos
- branding
- images
- product descriptions
- graphics
belongs to DarziKart / Jazz & Jassi unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice.
Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
